Who handles your information

SuperLabs is operated by Ruturaj Bhosale. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@superlabs.space.

Information you choose to share

The enquiry form collects your name, email, company, service interest, budget range, currency, message, and agreement to be contacted so we can discuss your request. Do not include passwords, confidential client data, or sensitive personal information.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and queued for email notification to our administrative Hostinger mailbox. A confirmation means the enquiry was saved; it does not confirm inbox delivery. If saving fails, you can download a copy to your device. Cloudflare provides hosting, request limits, database storage, and email processing; Hostinger provides our mailbox service. These providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and requests

Stored website enquiries are deleted after 90 days by a scheduled task. Email copies and subsequent correspondence are handled separately and retained while needed to discuss or deliver your project. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw your agreement to further contact.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics. The workflow check runs in your browser without sending your answers. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and ordinary access logs for hosting and security. We do not store your IP address with your enquiry.

Third-party services

Any connected scheduling or payment service has its own privacy terms. We do not collect payment card details on this website.
